- the Healthslips Calculator or other Website documents or tools utilise underlying data that Healthslips sources from third parties, and the accuracy or otherwise of such underlying data is beyond the control of Healthslips.

- You indemnify Healthslips, its officers, employees and agents (Indemnitees) against all liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including all legal costs, whether incurred or awarded) suffered or incurred by the Indemnitees in relation to any breach by you of your obligations under these terms.
- Disputes
- In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Website or these terms (Dispute), you must first give Healthslips written notice of the Dispute setting out the details of your concerns. Within 30 days of receiving your notice, Healthslips will use reasonable efforts to attempt to respond to you and resolve the Dispute.
- If you are not satisfied with Healthslips’ response after that 30-day period and you still require resolution of the Dispute, you agree you must submit and participate in mediation of the Dispute in accordance with and subject to the Resolution Institute’s Mediation Rules. The mediation is to be conducted by a mediator appointed by agreement of the parties or, failing agreement, by a mediator appointed by the Resolution Institute.
- A party may not commence proceedings in respect of a Dispute unless the Dispute is not settled within seven days after the mediation has taken place or such other time as the parties agree in writing.
- Exclusions
Except for statutory guarantees and implied warranties that cannot by law be excluded, all such guarantees and warranties are excluded.
- Invalidity
If any provision of these terms is prohibited, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction in which the Website is used, that provision will, in that jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of the prohibition, invalidity or enforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions of these terms.
- Governing law and jurisdiction
- These terms of use are governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
- Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and all courts that have jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts and waives any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts for any reason.
